Dr Syed Ibrahim Bakht

Dr Syed Bakht has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Kingsley Management Institute. He a has a proven track record in promoting and managing high quality academic programmers and training throughout global higher educational institutions and corporations spanning over 35 years. He has demonstrable evidence of being a visionary and creative leader, providing a platform for the promotion of innovation and ideas.

Over the years Syed has developed high level of leadership management skills from a Higher Education sector in the UK, France, Middle East, and Southeast Asia. . He has fostered and leveraged an extensive network of academic and industry thinkers to create far-reaching programmers.

He has a great ability to coach, mentor and develop staff as well as a proven record of building and managing teams and creating an enabling work environment. He has demonstrated excellent skills and track record in relationship building.

He has successfully set up various Joint ventures and educational affiliations in Global Education in key markets in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Also he promoted and implemented academic and CPD courses globally on behalf of these partner Universities and Institutions.

His teaching abilities and knowledge has been greatly enhanced over the past two decades. He regularly received “Excellent” Teaching evaluations from students, peers and management. He has developed and utilised various innovative methods for teaching during his 35 year career in HE.

During the early 1990s he was instrumental in developing and managing the first UK MBA programme in the Gulf –Introduced the Bradford University Executive MBA programme in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
