The framework is designed to enhance the partnership between the UK education sector and agents and counsellors and to recognise and share best practice.

There are 7 parts to the framework: the UK agent and counsellor engagement hub, UK agent and counsellor training, the National Code of Ethical Practice for Education Agents, the Good Practice Guide for UK Education Agents Partnering for Quality, a database of certified agents and counsellors, and a student guide to choosing an education agent, and the Good Practice Guide for Providers using Education Agents.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE AND CLAIMS

The rates of commission payable on recruited students are detailed in your Commission Schedule which has been completed and signed in addition to your Representative Agreement. Commission Schedules are reviewed and updated (where necessary) on an annual basis, following your annual review.

Commission claims and eligibility for any incentives are only applicable to students who have paid a deposit and have officially enrolled. For detailed exclusions and specific guidelines regarding eligibility for progression to further studies, please refer to the terms outlined in your contract.

Commission is paid after the student enrols, based on cash received by Kingsley.

It is your responsibility to ensure that Kingsley has the correct bank details to pay commission.

If you change your bank details you must email partner@kingsleyinstitute.com immediately.

Commission Based on Net Fees

The commission agents receive is calculated based on the net fees, which is the total fee amount after any scholarships or discounts
have been applied.
Agents will receive their commission in Two instalments :

  • First Instalment (50% of Commission)
The first 50% of the commission will be paid once the student’s visa letter is approved. This allows agents to receive part of
their commission early in the process.
  • Second Instalment (50% of Commission)
The remaining 50% of the commission will be paid once the student has made the second payment towards their fees.

Commission claims and eligibility for any incentives are only applicable to students who have paid a deposit and have officially enrolled. For detailed exclusions and specific guidelines regarding eligibility for progression to further studies, please refer to the terms outlined in your contract.

If a claim is rejected, we will provide feedback directly to the agent so that they can submit a valid claim where possible. Please note that such revisions may delay the settlement process. To avoid delays, please ensure the following common issues are addressed before submitting a claim:

  • Eligibility : Claims should only be submitted for eligible students
  • Invoice Requirements : An invoice must be completed with all necessary details. Please refer to the template invoice on page13 for guidance.
  • Invoice Details : Claim invoices must be properly dated and include a unique invoice number
